The development work of Ecumenical Sangam has been supported and funded by many national and international organisations. Some of leading partners of Sangam are Deutsch-Indische Zusammenarbeit (DIZ), Frankfurt which been supporting us right from our inception days, soon after Partnership in Action from Eastbourne (U. K.) became our partner in Development. In recent past we have got financial aid from the German Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development (BMZ), Hessian State Ministry for Economics ( Germany ) Women's World Day of Prayer (WDP), Germany , Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), India , Heinrich Boll Foundation, India and Government of Maharashtra. A significant proportion of Sangam work is supported by revenue “Rainbow Guesthouse” operated by Sangam in the heart of Nagpur City . On various development issues Sangam has established partnerships with leading organisations; some of the organisations with whom Sangam actively collaborates are: • Orange City Hospital , Nagpur • National Council of Churches in India (NCCI) • Food Information and Action Network (FIAN) • Youth Action for Peace ( YAP ) • National Association of Reproductive and Child Health of India (NARCHI) • Mysore Resettlement and Development Agency (MYRADA) Bangalore Besides, we are always willing to learn from other partners or pass on our knowledge to them.
